I will not get tired of thanking everyone for coming to support us on a Saturday! We had great support the week before at home to Gillingham Reserves and it was great to see a number of familiar faces make the long journey to Weymouth this weekend to see us claim our place in the semi-final of the Dorset Senior Cup.

I am sure each and every one of them will be looking forward to the local derby semi final against Okeford, as are the players. I have even received texts from our former midfielder Luke Turk, now at Okeford, who has said he is already looking forward to the game.

I want to make it clear to the players, that before we even begin to think about that game, we have league points to win. We are not where we want to be in the league as yet, but we are getting there. In our last four games, we have won three, conceding just one goal in the game we failed to win (last week's 1-1 draw v Gillingham Reserves). The first team have a week off next weekend, but some players will be selected for the reserve team. In fact, I am very much looking forward to seeing some of the reserve team players next week. It is a chance for some of them to impress and play their way into first team action.

After that, we will be fixing our attentions firmly on the Piddletrenthide away game at the end of the month. Three points is vital if we are going to catch the teams above us.
