Robert Froud

Robert Froud is sponsored by Kiri Froud. 

After a five-year spell at Barnet's Field between 2004-2009, centre-back Rob Froud rejoined the club in October 2010. Immediately after re-signing for the Cherries, the highly rated defender was once again called up to the Dorset Premier League representative side.

Robert has also played for Holt United and Sturminster's local rivals Okeford United for a short spell, before his return to the club in October 2010.

He is a commanding centre-half that it is easy to forget that he is just 26 years of age.  Age alone dictates that he will improve further as he years go on. The Tottenham supporter is known for his presence at the back, but also for his ability to spot the opportunities to go on the attack.

During the 2010/11 season, Froud made 22 apearances, scoring once in the 2-1 win at Cranborne.

Gary joined the club in September 2010, six games into the 2010-11 league campaign.

With more than ten years of coaching experience under his belt, Gary has worked at varying youth levels with both Worcester City Youth & Walsall FC & he has been involved with various Dorset County representative sides in recent years.  Currently also the Dorset County Under 16 Manager, a set up that he has been a member of for five years, he is qualified to UEFA B coaching licence standard.
