Able to play both up front and in wide midfield, former Okeford United striker Sam Stockley is an attacking asset to the club.

Several generations of the Stockley family having played at Sturminster Newton in previous years and the Southampton fan joined the club in June 2006 at the age of 17. During the 2009/10 season Sam grabbed seven goals in 28 appearances for the Cherries, and last season (2010/11) Sam was the top goalscorer in senior football at the club.  Despite suffering groin, hamstring and sprained angle problems, Sam is a first team regular at Barnet's Field season and his pace and ability to finish are his main assets.
