Two pre season games on the same evening and as before Gary split the players into two squads, Gary had his half of the squad at Home to Bournemouth University and gained a narrow 2-1 victory, the other half came with me to Stalbridge.

We were slow out of the blocks even though we were controling the game Stalbridge were closing us down and we were rushing a little, their keeper made two or three good saves but on the half hour Wayne Moussalli scored and that seemed to settle us and we began to take a firmer control of the game, Darren Spiller increased our lead about five minutes before half time.

In the second half we took full control and Stalbridge attacks were well taken care of by our defence whom rarely looked in trouble. playing good football we increased our lead when Darren Spiller scores his second,. the game is being played mainly in the Stalbridge half another good move ends with Mike Revell cuutting in from the wing and spoting a gap that the keeper had left fires the ball into the net. Wayne Moussalli gets his second, and near the end , from the edge of the penalty area Rob Froud fires the ball into the rooof of the net. all round a good prefrmance, another confidence building game, with some players showing how adaptable they are by playing in different posistions than they would be expected to play.
