Stuggling for players on friday at 7.30pm i only had 10 but i then had a phone call from Liam Frampton to inform me he was home from uni for the weekend which gave me 11 at 9pm Andy Ford became available now there is 12. Hence no squad on website .

The game started and with the game only one minute old a long kick from their keeper it causes us a problem and a forward chasing the ball hits it over the advancing Dan Warren but the ball hits the post and bounces to safety. the opening shock kicks us into life and we play some good football and we put there defence under some pressure but not creating many scoring oportunities, even though we were on top it was not until the 38th minute that the deadlock is broken when Rob Ford challenges their centre half and under pressure kicks the ball into Rob the ball is goalside of the defender Rob runs after the ball and shoots and the ball goes into the net, we have taken the lead. In the 42nd minute a good passing move from our defence the ball is passed out to the left Calvin Thomas takes control and runs towards the penalty area no defender comes to him and from the edge of the area he hits agoal bound shot into the top corner for our second. At half time we are in front.

The second half starts with us in control and we create a couple of chances. then after 65mins Crossways get one back and they are level 6 mins later, with 15 to go from a corner Crossways take the lead. in the last 15mins we still create chances and have three one on ones but fail to hit the target and fail to make the keeper make a save, another couple of chances our shots go wide. The final whistle goes and we have been beaten.

Everyone that played Saturday including our only sub David Paixao put there heart and sole into the game, took on their responsibilties played well and nearly came away with the points. Well Done.
