A win at long last, after playing well last week, could we play like that again the answer no, it was better, after the first ten minutes until we settled down we controled the game with some excellent passing football, movement was good and confidence was growing, Lychett RT had few chances and from one cross our stand in keeper Rich Limm made an excellent catch under pressure, this was noted by spectator Derek Fowles and he made comments to me that the keeper caught and held on to the ball under some pressure. Then in the twenty first minute and excellent pass from the left by Rob Daintith across the penalty area was met by Mike Revell and he placed his shot across the keeper into the net. Play was in the main inthe Lytchett half as when they broke out our defence coped well. Chances were coming for us and in the thirty second minute a ball played forward was chased in by Clive Metcalfe and with the keeper coming out the ball rebounded up and into Clives face and ended up resting in the back of the net. Although we dominated the rest of the half we could not add any more goals and went in two up.     The second half gets under way and we completely dominate the half with our keeper rarely required and only taking some back passes and on a couple of occassions racing out of his area to clear from balls over the top of our defence. Our defence were solid, the midfield worked hard and our front runners did a great job it was only putting their bodies legs in the way that prevented us from scoring more. if we can keep up this effort we should climb away from the bottom of the league.

  A very good team preformance all round all posistives this week and no negative finally the players are starting to believe in their own ability, Again this week you could not pick out a man of the match as all 13 had contibuted and all played their hearts out, great to see and what a difference a victory makes as in the changing room after the game it was electric smiles laughter a lot of mickey taking lets have more of it.
