The team lost the game but can hold there heads high, all 14 played well, i know this seems daft when we have been beaten but a few desisions went against us. the first half was a very even encounter  and we fell behind to a dubious penalty. The ball was kicked out of the hands of David our keeper in trying to put the ball out of play he did foul the forward and the referee gave the penalty obviously he did not see the first incident. they scored from the kick, but we grew instature and played some good football and after 31 minutes we had a corner, from the corner new boy Steve Ayling headed the ball goalwards and a defender on the line could not prevent the ball going into the net for our equaliser. the rest of the half we produced good football and a couple a chances but also some players had taken some knocks. We go in level at half time which is what we deserved. At half time we have to make not one but all three substiutions, the second half gets under way and within 6 minutes of the restart milborne score, its not long before they score again to go 3-1 up, we don't give up and press forward creating a chance which their keeper saves, then Milborne are awarded another penalty for a shoulder barge both players tussling for the ball but again the referee awads the penalty, from which they score their fourth. Then chasing an attacker back making a challenge Warren Meadowcroft slides into the fencing and gives his knee a nasty bang, which forces him to leave the pitch and the team is now down to 10. but we keep on playing only to cocede two goals in the last 15 mins. As said earlier we had pushed one of the better teams in this league so not all is down, if we keep on playing with the same spirit as in the last three games we will climb up the league.

With the possibility of two more players arriving through the transfer door and a couple returning from a lengthy injury period everyone is under pressure for places in both teams nobody is certain that they will keep there place, so if you can make training every week it would be appreciated by Gary and myself lets March On Together to better things.
