Senior footballers Olaf Heritage and Tom Oldham (pictured) and Under 15 player Oliver Jennings gained their first FA coaching qualifications on Monday 24th October, thanks to the Dorset County Football Association and West Dorset District Council.

As part of DCFA's commitment to developing the next generation of Football volunteers; Oliver, Olaf and Tom took part in a FA Junior Football Organisers (JFO) Course for young people from 14-18 years of age in Dorchester.

The qualification offers an introductory level qualification in organising and leading events, with all those attending receiving Certification for the course. After attending the event, both have expressed an interest in gaining a level one coaching qualification.
